Terms of Service

These terms apply to Nahua SaaS Services, the CRM offered by Miguel Fernando Najera Aranzabal (“Nahua”), and to the nahua.io website. The Spanish version is the official one; this is a translation.
1. The service
Nahua SaaS Services is a CRM for businesses. A business connects its Facebook Pages (Messenger), its Instagram accounts and its WhatsApp numbers, and its team handles the conversations with its prospects in one place. Price, scope and duration of the service are agreed with each business.
2. Accounts and access
The business decides who on its team can use the CRM and with what role, makes sure no one else uses its credentials, and is responsible for what its team does in the CRM. It may only connect Meta accounts that it owns or is authorized to manage.
3. Acceptable use
By using the service, the business agrees to:
- Comply with Meta's terms and policies for Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Have its own privacy notice and comply with personal data protection law towards its prospects.
- Not use the CRM to collect sensitive personal data without the express written consent required by law (art. 8 of Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties).
- Not use the service to send spam, to deceive or impersonate anyone, or for anything illegal.
4. Personal data
The business is responsible for its prospects' data; Nahua processes it on the business's behalf, as a processor, only to provide the service. Nahua does not sell that data or use it for its own advertising. Details are in the Privacy Notice, and how to ask for deletion is in Data deletion.
5. Availability and liability
Nahua aims to keep the service running without interruptions, but does not guarantee it. The service depends on Meta's platforms and other providers: if they change, fail or suspend access, some features may stop being available. To the extent permitted by law, Nahua is not liable for indirect damages or for the content of messages sent by the business or its prospects.
6. Suspension and cancellation
Nahua may suspend the access of a business or user that breaches these terms or Meta's policies. The business may stop using the service at any time and remove the app's access to its accounts, as explained in Data deletion.
7. The nahua.io website and its downloads
Content. The projects, games and files published on nahua.io are original work, unless their page says otherwise.
Downloads. The license for each program, asset or document is on its page and says what you can do with it; if none is stated, all rights are reserved. Files are provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
Purchases. Paid items are bought from the store linked on their page: that store processes the payment, and that is where you get the file and, if applicable, your license. Paid files may not be redistributed or resold unless their license allows it.
Studio services. Each service is delivered as described on its page. Services with a price are paid through the payment link on that page, and the charge is processed by the linked platform. Quoted services are requested through the contact form, and price and scope are agreed before work starts.
Supporting projects. Support is voluntary and gives no right to anything in return. What is free stays free whether you support it or not. The payment is processed by the platform you choose, under its own terms.
8. Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published on this same page with its last-updated date.
