Nahua SaaS Services

Nahua offers Nahua SaaS Services, online tools that help small and medium-sized businesses (schools, for example) serve and win customers on Meta technologies. Each business connects its own accounts, authorizes access and can revoke it at any time; it only sees and manages the information of its own accounts.

Customer messaging

The business sees and answers, in one place, what its customers write to it on Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp, and follows up with each interested person (their name, the account they wrote to and the status of their request). Messages are written and sent by a person on the business’s team.

Ads

With the business’s permission, we create and manage its campaigns in its own ad accounts, bring into the tool the information people submit through its lead ad forms, and show it which campaigns bring in customers and how much each customer costs.

Content

From the tool, the business publishes, schedules and moderates the content of its Facebook Page and its Instagram account, and replies to comments.

We use platform data only to provide these services to each business. We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising, and we honor requests to delete it.
